hi i have just started using the peel & its been 2 days… is it to use it over acne?
Hi AA,
I apologize for the delayed response. I’m just getting back into the swing of things after the Thanksgiving holiday. I hope this response isn’t too late for you.
If you have active acne you will need to get this under control before using
the Skin Culture Peel. The treatment will help to treat the problems left once the
acne has been properly treated under the guidance of your doctor or
dermatologist. Such problems can range from, the marks left by acne, uneven
skin tone, rough thickened skin and hyper-pigmentation.
If you are treating acne scarring in the form of darkened or reddened marks
then the Skin Culture Peel treatment will help to remove these marks. The
Skin Culture Peel treatment will only penetrate as deep as the epidermal
(outer) layers of skin. It will never penetrate into the dermis (bottom)
layer of skin. Therefore, if you are treating pitted acne scarring then the
treatment will not be able to remove these marks totally as they generally
tend to be deep in the bottom (dermis) layer of skin. It will however, help
to make these scars less noticeable than they were before you did the
treatment. An ideal candidate for a Skin Culture Peel treatment is someone who is
looking for improvement rather than perfection.
I hope this helps.
Cheers,
Linda
Hi Linda…i have just ordered the peel 4000. I was just wondering will the peeling stop within the 6 days i start. Im just trying to make sure if I would look presentable in time for certain events in a couple of weeks.
Hi Ronan,
Although everyone responds differently to a facial peel, you should be fine for your events that are a couple of weeks away. Plan to be at home for the 5th and 6th days, though.
If it fits your schedule, start the peel on a Tuesday so your 5th and 6th days fall on the weekend (the most noticeable peeling occurs on days 5 and 6). The goal is to align the 5th and 6th days with days you plan to be at home because this is when the most noticeable peeling occurs.
Even though the average person’s face is still presentable during days 5 and 6 of the peel, it’s a good idea to prepare to be at home during this time just in case you don’t feel comfortable going out of the house.
I hope this answer helps, Ronan. Let us know how everything works for you. I’m sure other readers will appreciate your feedback.

hi Linda,
I just ordered peel 4000 for the first time but I still wanna know what are the dirfrences between Peel 4000 and TCA Peel? Is TCA more effective for scars and marks?
Thank you
Natalie
Hi Natalie,
I responded to this in another section, but I’ll be happy to repeat myself
The Skin Culture peel has Phenol as its primary active ingredient. By volume, Phenol accounts for 2% of the formula, so its mild enough for home use. However, Phenol is also used by cosmetic surgeons to perform deep chemical peels. Deep peels are generally effective for treating rough facial wrinkles, age spots, or sun damage. As a result, deep chemical peels are said to produce the most dramatic, longest-lasting results.
TCA is typically used by cosmetic surgeons for medium facial peels. TCA is said to be effective for treating fine wrinkles, pigmentation problems, and superficial blemishes. TCA peels also require less downtime when compared to Phenol peels. Additionally, TCA peels are generally the solution of choice for those with darker skin.
So, depending on the severity of your marks and scars and the pigment of your skin, peel 4000 may be the strongest option. However, if you have darker skin, then a TCA peel may be the best way to go.
I hope this helps.

hi i hve sufferred from severe acne for a while and now im using peel 4000 to remove some scars and discoloration and its only day 2 but ive experienced a little peeling or flaking already and i didnt pick at it but i washed the area with skin is that alright or can I put on vaseline or some moisturizer or are you supposed to just let the skin stay there and fall off naturally
one more question sorry, in the peel 4000 manual it says do not apply cerate 39xxx to already peeled skin, does that mean after the 6 day process is complete because I already have some skin peeling and its the 2nd day, thanks for your help
Hi Abdullah,
I’m glad to hear you’re seeing results with the peel on your second day. Actually, your right on schedule as some people do begin to see peeling a soon as day 2.
I will address your concerns in the order received.
1. Just let the skin fall of naturally. The Normaliser Cream will really help this process, but be sure to apply just a thin layer as too much of the cream may cause breakouts.
2. As far as the warning to avoid applying the Cerate 39xxx to already peeled skin, here’s what Skin Culture says,
I hope this helps, Abdullah.

Linda
thanks alot linda and I apologize for so many questions but hopefully just one more lol the skincultureusa.com didnt send me the normalizer cream they sent me Ponds cold cream as the best substitute, you think ill be fine using that?
Abdullah,
It’s my pleasure to help. I welcome questions
Ponds Cold Cream actually is the best substitute for the Normalizer Cream, so you’ll be just fine using it. I know of others who have had to go the same route after running out of the Normalizer. So, again, you’ll be fine.
I hope this helps. Let us know how things go for you with the peel.
Happy Peeling
Linda
During the 5th and 6th days when the most peeling occurs is it ok to wash the face after removing the normalizer cream, and the normalizer cream is to be applied only once a day right? Once again thanks for all the help
Hi Abdullah,
I’ll answer your questions in order.
1. No, it’s not okay to wash your face. You’ll want to avoid using any soaps or cleansers during the treatment. You can, however, rinse your face with warm water.
2. Yes, the Normalizer Cream is to only be applied once daily.

HELP!
i just received my box and i was looking for the normalizer and what i got was a pond’s cold cream jar… i got the peel 4000 and i was really shocked to see a pond’s cold cream jar… and NO normalizer… is this a mistake?
i feel cheated…
Vince
Hi Vince,
It sounds like the Normalizer Cream is out-of-stock. I’ve heard from others who received the Ponds Cold Cream in lieu of the Normalizer. I also know from experience with another reader that Skin Culture recommends customers use Ponds Cold Cream if they happen to run out of the Normalizer. So, I don’t believe this is a mistake, but it wouldn’t hurt to give them a call or send an email if you really want the Normalizer. After all, you did pay for the Normalizer Cream. Ponds works just as well, though.
Let me know what kind of response you get.

hello my problem is that i had been suffering from severe acne n when tht ended it resulted in deep acne scars, for removal of tht i had done number of treatments including laser resurfcing, and the last one was deep tca peel, which i had done 3 years before,so after so much treatments i m sucessful to reduce the size of depressd scars,bt now my problm is tht as i am an asian with brown colour so em sufering from deep pigmentation due to tca peel, during the last three years i had tried so many treatments including green peels and topical creams,bt could not able to resole my pigmentation so em realy woried about ths, tell me is it possible to treat it with ur culture peel?as ur peel seems to b superficial bt my pigmentation is deep?waiting fro ur sincere rply…..
Hi Tahir,
Most people start out with the level 3000 or 4000 when using Skin Culture peels for the first time.
In the case of deep hyperpigmentation, though, I would recommend you begin with the peel 4000 kit because it is the maximum strength and provides the deepest level of peeling. Most people I’ve met online who have dealt with hyperpigmentation go with the peel 4000.
Keep in mind that one peel 4000 treatment may not solve all of your hyperpigmentation problems, but you will see a significant improvement. Much of the success of the peel depends largely on the severity of your problem and how long you’ve had it. If necessary, you can complete another peel 4000 treatment about 30 days after going through the first one kit.
I hope this helps, Tahir.
Cheers
Linda
thnkx a lot 4 ur quick reply bt one more thing 2 ask is tht how much chance of re accuring of pigmentation is there as was the case in green peel when all the pigmentation came back after sme time, and does cultur peel cause pigmentation itselfs as normaly other deep peels do?and em living in east london from where i can get this peel?
hey linda, I am saving up money for the skin peel 4000 and I plan to buy it in the middle of March. I went on the old site and found that they were all sold in dollars, i live in the UK and plan to pay by card. would the money automatically convert from pounds to dollars over the internet? and can i use face washes after the treatment is done? thanks!
Hi Tahir,
I don’t really know the answer to that question since everyone’s face responds differently to facial peels. Generally, I’d like to say that the chance of reoccurring hyperpigmentation is slim, but I can’t say with what certainty since I don’t know how you skin will respond to the peel.
As for your second question, I’ve not heard of any cases of Skin Culture peels causing any hyperpigmentation itself. However, you do have to be sure to use the kit exactly as specified in the instructions to avoid undesirable results.
You can get the peel by going to http://www.skinculture.com.
You’ll be asked for your name and email, but it’s just so you can get a free Skin Rejuvenation Guide and be made aware of special offers. Once you enter your information, you’ll be able to access the online catalog. Even though you live in east London, you can still get the peel through this site because Skin Culture delivers all to all parts of the world.
Let me know how things work out for you, Tahir.

Hi Daniel,
You can easily purchase the peel 4000 online with a credit or debit card with the Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express logo on it. I believe the currency conversion won’t be a problem. It should convert automatically. If you want to know ahead of time what your order will amount to in your currency, then you can check out this online currency calculator here —> http://www.xe.com/ucc/.
When you place your order, you will also be provided with a toll free number you can call to have your order processed by phone with the help of a representative. SkinCultureUSA.com has one number for US order and another for international orders.
I hope this helps.

Linda
im only 16, and it says i shouldn’t use it…so now im totally gutted! i had it all planned out too =( is there anything else i can use?
Daniel,
Oh, yeah. You do have to be at least 18 to use the peel. I met a young lady a few weeks ago who was in a similar situation. She’s 13. I’ll tell you what I told her.
First, check with you doctor or dermatologist to learn more about your options. See what they say about you using a milder facial peel.
Second, find out from your doctor or dermatologist if the Ole Henriksen Micro/Mini Peel System is a suitable option. I think it is the next best thing to the Skin Culture peel.
You can click here to learn more about it.
I wish you all the best, Daniel

Linda
Hi,
Im really want to use this peel my acne has camed down but i have got really bad scaring that im really consious of! but the only problem is that im 16..and i tink my skin could be to young for it and my mom is really worried that it might react differently and could destory my skin and make it even worse!
What do you tink?
thanks for your help..!
Hi Jillian,
Your mom is right. Skin Culture doesn’t recommend the peels for people under 18 years of age. I think this is largely because young skin is still developing and the peel may be too strong for anyone under 18.
I suggest you and your mom consult your doctor or dermatologist to discuss your options.
Cheers

ok am going to start wid peel 4000,so is it ok to directly start wid the most intense one?n tell me wid one kit how many peels are possible?n is this peel available at any shop in london?
Hi Tahir,
Yes, it’s okay to start with peel 4000. Most people start with peel 3000 or 4000 so you’ll be in good company.
With the Skin Culture peel 4000 you’ll have a total of four peels in a single kit. I don’t know if any shop in London have the peel 4000 but Skin Culture does deliver to nearly every part of the world.
I hope this helps.

Hi,
I bought the peel 3000 when i was in ireland n had it shipped to my homeplace. i dono whether by mistake someone didnt put the instructions manual or maybe at the customs office they misplaced my instructions guide. i never found it in my parcel. so until now i dono how is the procedure, will u please help me? n pls tell me do we have to avoid sun exposure while the process is on? actually am kinda scared to use it on my face i had saved hard to buy it as am a student, now that i have it i cant explain my apprehension. pls reply me
thanks
Hi Vidya,
I’ll be glad to help you.
I’ve created a new post which addresses your concern. I decided to post the Skin Culture Peel instructions for all to see just in case someone else needs the instruction in the future.
You can view it here —> http://skin-culture-peel-review.com/skin-culture-peel-instructions
As for sun exposure, you will want to avoid it during the treatment. You will also have to avoid using any other products on your face besides the Cerate 39XXX and Normalizer Cream provided.
Once the treatment is complete, be sure to use a sun block with at least SPF15 protection for a minimum of 30 days in order to protect your skin.

hiii,
i want to use this skin culture peel but i dont know from where to purchase this product…..can anyone tell me……please..
hi linda, i have quite severe acne scars, they are lumpy and red and have been there for about 5 months, will the peel 4000 help to remove these? i stil have a lot of active acne aswell will it help to also reduce this?
Hi Jim,
The peel works great for acne scars but not for active acne. You’ll want to take care of the active acne first before beginning the peel. This is mainly because the peel can severely irritate broken skin. If you can get the acne to dry up to the point where skin breakage is unlikely, then you should be okay.
I hope this helps, Jim.
Cheers

Hi Aryan,

h rite kk, the acne i have is not reallym any broken skin its jus a lil bit lumpy in places, will it be ok becoz i really wana start the peel, also i did a test patch on my neck this morning and didnt feel anything, no stingin etc, is this normal?
Hi Jim,
If you have mild acne, then you should be okay proceeding with the peel.
As for the patch test, everyone’s skin reacts differently. The whole goal of the patch test is to discover any adverse reactions before applying the peel to your entire face. So, if you’ve experienced no adverse or allergic reactions or no stinging during the patch test, then consider yourself normal.
If you really want to feel the sting, then you’ll probably feel it once you apply the peel to your face. What’s most important, though, is that the peel removes dead layers of skin – sting or no sting.
Happy Peeling,
Linda
Hi,
I’m thinking of purchasing the Peel 4000. My acne has cleared up, but it left behind pretty bad scars. Some of them are reddish looking, while others are quite deep, especially at the sides of my face. I’m Asian and I’m wondering if this peel will actually work for me. I hope to see an improvement in the acne scarring.
Hi Clarissa,
The Skin Culture Peel treatment works well if you’re treating acne scars that are dark or red in appearance. However, the peel doesn’t penetrate into the dermis (bottom) layer of the skin. It only penetrates as deep as the epidermal (outer) layers of skin
What this means is that the treatment won’t be able to completely remove pitted acne scars because these scars tend to be deep in the dermis (bottom) bottom layer of the skin. However, the Skin Culture treatment will help make these scars less noticeable. When it comes to those pitted acne scars, if you’re looking for improvement and not a miracle, then you’ll be happy with the Skin Culture peel.
Also, skin color has no bearing on the effectiveness of the Skin Culture treatment. It is generally safe and effective for all skin types. I’ve met people all skin colors through this site and have heard good reports from people of every shade.
I hope this helps, Clarissa.
Cheers
Linda
Hi Linda,
Thanks for your prompt reply. But I’m wondering with continued use of the peel 4000, is it possible for there to be continued improvement on the pitted acne scars?
Hi Clarissa,
You know, I’ve never thought about that. That just may be possible since the peel 4000 kit can slightly improve the appearance of pitted acne scars. I’m not sure, though.
If you do choose to use the peel 4000 treatment on a continuous basis, I recommend you wait 30 days between each treatment. Some people may be able to handle a shorter time-frame between treatments, but I think 30 days is the safest way to go.
Happy Peeling

HI, Linda i had fraxil laser done on my skin and i have brown complextion. My skin was fine to begin with and i was stupid to even try this i was left with horrible pigmentation and fear going in the sun and it has made my skin look so ugly. I am desperate to try to improve my skin but fear using anything.
Will the skin peel 3000 help me and will the pigmentation come back to haunt me
kind regards sherry
Hi Sherry,
Thanks for sharing a bit of your story here.
I’ve never had a fraxil laser treatment, but it sounds like something pretty strong. If you want to fade your hyperpigentation, I can tell you that the peel 3000 is designed to work well for you. I don’t know how severe your case is, but be advised that a second peel treatment may be required if you have a significant degree of hyperpigmentation. Even if this does turn out to be the case for you, you will still notice an improvement after the first peel 3000 kit.
If you decide to try the peel 3000, then be sure to perform the patch test first to see how your skin will react to the peel. Also, be advised that Skin Culture’s USA distributor s experiencing shipping delays because they have peels on back order. What this means is that you can expect to wait a few weeks before your product is shipped if you decide to buy from them.
I hope this helps, Sherry.
Cheers

hey linda, its me again, i havent actually written anything on this in a while!
?
im now 17, and i was thinking of getting the mini set by old henrikson but im on a low budget so think i might go straight with the skin culture peel. i mean. theres only 1 year different from being 18 right
maybe i could get away with it. i really want to clear up my skin cause ive had quite a lot of red patches by acne…well it wasnt acne it was just a lot of spots. for some reason, everytime i get a spot it will definitely leave a mark. quite bad but anyway. im 17, and i want it! grrr, but it says i have to be 18…
Hi, does it work for hyper-pigmentation? I suffered from sensitivity last year and ended with Eczema. It’s now okay, but due to the injuries I have pigmentation at my lower lips
I tried the prescription cream from my doctor, it has been almost a year and the pigmentation is still visible
Hi Jan,
Thanks for posting your questions here.
The Skin Culture peel is supposed to be pretty good for hyper-pigmentation. But if you have a history of Eczema, the manufacturers advise against using the peel. You can read more about it here —> http://www.skinculture.com/technical.html#anchor4
I hope this helps, Jan.

Linda
Thanks Linda for answering these questions.
Do you recommed SC if you use other skin peels (mild), or have used them in the past eg microdermabasion home kits.
Do you have to leave some time between the two treatments or can SC be used immediately?
Hi Dolit,
Your thanks is appreciated. I enjoy answering these questions.
I do not recommend using Skin Culture peel immediately after the use of another skin peel or microdermabasion home kit. Generally, you’ll need to wait at least 30 days between treatments. This gives your skin adequate time to recover since it can be pretty sensitive after a skin peel or other facial treatment like microdermabasion.
I hope this helps, Dolit. Let me know if you have any other questions.
Cheers

Hello Linda,
I was just wondering wether the uk division of skin culture (Skin Culture, 537 Norwood Road, London SE27 9DL) despathes its products from within the uk or will they still need to be delivered from the US? Is there no uk production of your products? This is confusing as the uk division of the website does give pricing information in pounds sterling…
Thank You
Usman
Hi Usman,
Since, I’m not an employee of Skin Culture International, I don’t really know the correct answer to your question. I suggest you contact them directly for precise info.
However, I do know that Skin Culture International is based in the UK. As far as I know, this is where the peels are manufactured. So, if you live in the UK, your peels will likely be delivered from the London location.
I hope this helps, Usman.

hi i am on day 5. my skin is peeling. it started peeling day 4 actually. the parts which hasnt peeled yet is really worring me. as they have brought out sun spots i never even knew i had!!! and the pignemtation marks i have seemed to have got darker. i am really worred that when i have peeled fully i will be left with these sun spots and my pigmentation marks darker! is this normal? will they fade when peeled copletely! please help thanks
and also where my skin has peeled it looks no different to how y skin was befre i did the peel! help very dissapointed and upset:(
Hi Nikki,
I’m sorry to hear that you are upset. I hope that I can be of some help to you.
First, there’s no need to panic at this point. It is common with some that the peel reveals spots that were not so visible before. In your case, if you got the Aftercare Beauty Kit 1, then you have a Skin Brightening Gel included. It should help lighten the spots.
Keep in mind, too, that these peels aren’t miracle treatments. So, you may need to do another peel a month from now to get the results you ultimately desire. It’s common for folks to do more than one treatment, especially for sun spots and hyper-pigmentation. If you end up doing another peel, I strongly recommend you get the aftercare kit for your skin type as it really deals further with problem areas and helps your skin to recover well.
It’s also common with the peel 4000 that some people’s faces take longer to peel. In your case, you can use the Normalizer Cream more frequently to help your face continue peeling. Less is more with this stuff, so there’s no need to apply thick layers. Thin layers will do just fine. Try applying one thin layer in the morning and another at night just as you have been doing for the last few days of the treatment. If you need to, you can add another application of the Normalizer at some point in the middle of the day. If you happen to run out of Normalizer, Ponds Cold Cream is a good substitute.
I hope this helps, Nikki. Let me know how everything works out for you.
Cheers
Linda
hi ive completly peeled….and i am rather dissapointed….as nothing loooks any different…the other thing i noticed is on the day it had peeled…my skin felt softer….but this has now subsided….i have the aftercare kit…i ordered it too…this is something i amm happy with. im pretty annoyed that i spent 7 days locked in my room for nothing! i dont even notice my pignment faded. i dont know wether to buy anyother peel as ive allready waisted £120 on this one for nothing!!! rather upset. i found out the other day which i thought was large pores were ice pic scars…i have a few of them…will another kit help get rid of them or at least fade them. ive email skin culture sayin i am not happy…but had no reply…2 days ago now. i really dont know what to do
Hi Nikki,
I’m sorry to hear of your disappointment with your first treatment. However, I’m glad to hear that you like the aftercare products.
For a first treatment, your results are not uncommon, though. Because everyone’s face responds differently to a face peel and the severity of skin conditions varies from person to person, some people see dramatic results on their first treatment while others see moderate to minimal results the first time around. For some people it can take more than one treatment to achieve the desired results. So, another treatment may actually yield more noticeable results for you. Just be sure to wait 30 days before you do another one.
As for the ice pick scars, I’m not sure how well the peel works on those. You may want to contact the folks at Skin Culture on that one. I’m pretty sure it would work for ice pic scars, but you should confirm that with them.
As for the lack of reply on your email, they’re probably closed for a few days for the holidays. You’ll should hear from them soon if you haven’t already. They’re always pretty responsive. You may want to try calling them, too.
I hope this helps, Nikki. Keep me posted.
Cheers
Linda
hi one more question. thanks for the help so far. but if i was to do another peel…wud the effects be different if i did it september time …to if i did it next month. does it matter how long between u leave it befre you do anoth peel. as i dont think i will br able to do another peel till september. will i still get the same results as if i did the peel next month. thanks x
Hi Nikki,
I’m not sure if the effects would be different if you did another peel in September versus next month. I think you’d be fine. But you may want to contact the folks at Skin Culture just to be sure.

Linda
Hi Linda
Is SC a product for the face only?
Can I find out if any of the peels can be used on other parts of the body like legs and hand and which one.
Hi Lovinda,
Sorry, the Skin Culture peel is for the face only. As far as I know, they don’t currently have any peels for the legs, hands or any other body parts.
I hope this helps.

Linda
hi . i finished the 6 day test patch today . and to be honest i saw a light peeling on one patch while the other one nothing at all , except for some redness . ( i did test on two patches on my forhead) . although i have both 1000 and 2000 peeling kit , i will try only the 1000 first tomorrow on my whole face , since my skin is sensitive. my questions are :
1- how can i wash my face when peeling starts ? and when i dry my face i will definately touch the peeling areas using towel .
2- should i protect my self using sun block from flourance lights and save energy bulbs ? since they are UV rays or even from tv light or computer ?
3- you mentioned thati should use sun block atleast a month after the peeling . but what after the month ? do i have to use sun block ?
4- in the manual it says that i should only apply moisurizer one aday for 90 minutes and wipe it , is that enough? or i should leave it till morning ?
thank you
Hi Wallody,
Thanks for your questions. I’ll answer them as best as I can.
1. You can wash your face with warm water, but don’t use any harsh cleansers. After you’ve removed the peel formula with the provided applicator, you can also use something like Albolene Moisturizing Cleanser and tissue to remove any residue before you wash your face with warm water. You can pat your face dry with a towel, but don’t rub.
2. I wouldn’t be too concerned about UV rays from indoor lights, TV’s or computers. The sun block is just needed for outdoors.
3. Yes, you do need to use sun block for the first 30 days after you complete the treatment. It’s not totally necessary to continue doing so after one month unless you absolutely want to. As a general thing, wearing sun block is not a bad idea, especially if your skin is sensitive.
4. I believe you’re referring to the Normalizer Cream. For most people, 90 minutes is enough. However, if your face is not peeling when it should be, then you can leave it on a little longer (like 2 hours). It’s not necessary to leave it on until morning, though.
I hope this helps, Wallody. Let me know if you need anything else.
Happy Peeling
Linda
hi linda . thank you for the answers . one more thing :
i will be putting the normalizer cream tonight and i was wondering when the skin peels , how can i put the cream on my face ? i cant rub the cream on the peeling areas . it will remove the falling skin . ( THE ONE ABOUT TO FALL)
MY ENGLISH SUCKS !!!!!
Hi Wallody,
You can use the same applicator you used to apply the peel formula.
Hope this helps.
Cheers
Linda
thank you very much for the answers . one last one and no more questions .
when can i use my daily routine cleaning . i mean the cleanser , toner , moisurizer .
i got my own daily cleaning kit , i didnt prchase the aftercare from skincalture
thank you
Hi Wallody,
I don’t mind the questions at all.
You’ll need to wait until your face has completely peeled before you resume your normal skin care regimen.
Hope this helps.

Linda
Hi there,
I have juzz ordered Peel 4000. Have some questions
1) The instruction book say apply formula with applicator, but it’s missing in the kit. Now how can i apply the peel solution??2) Can i perform my daily normal duty for first 4 day?
thanks
Hi Pankaj,
Congrats on ordering the peel!
I’ll try to answer your questions in order.
1. If you did not get the applicator, then you can use a spatula or something similar. Just as long as it allows you to apply the peel. You may also want to contact the folks at Skin Culture, too, to see what they recommend.
2. I’m not sure what you mean by “daily normal duty.” If you mean you normal skin care routine, then the answer is no. You won’t be able to resume your normal routine until after your face has completely peeled. If by “normal daily duty” you mean you regular daily activities then I would say yes. However, each person’s skin responds differently to a facial peel. So, one person may have no problem going about their daily routine during the treatment, while another person may feel the need to stay at home for the entire duration.
I hope this helps, Pankaj. Let me know if you need anything else.
Happy Peeling
