I had purchased SKIN CULTURE PEELS for which i didnt get any result..so i send them back asked them for refund.UMM sent me the cheque which however couldnt be encashed.Hence i didnt got my refund from last 10 months.

I have been mailing to UMM but they never reply to my email..Kindly suggest me what shall i do now..I m really sad because after spending so much i did&#039;nt got even 5% improvement and also after assuring money back gurantee they are not refunding me and not replying to my mails.Please help me.

The main reason I haven&#039;t posted an update to this post is because nothing has changed. From my understanding, the folks at Skin Culture International are keeping the offer open for an indefinite period or at least until they&#039;ve been able to help everyone who is still waiting on an order to be fulfilled by UMM. In addition to what you see on this post, Skin Culture has also published information on their site, &lt;a href=&quot;http://skinculture.com&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;skinculture.com&lt;/a&gt;, outlining instructions for people to take in order to receive recompense for orders unfulfilled by UMM.
