How to Get a 50% Discount & Free Shipping

This Message only applies to those who have purchased products via www.skincultureusa.com (UMM) and are still waiting to receive their orders.

I’ve got another update from Skin Culture International. They contacted me again today and told me that the response to their recent offer has been overwhelming (See Official Statement From Skin Culture International for more info).
As a result, they’ve made a few changes in order to serve you better. I told them I would post the info here since a lot of people come to this site to get an honest take on the Skin Culture peel product.
Okay, so here’s the deal. If you ordered a product from www.skincultureusa.com (UMM), then you should take the following steps:
- Request a refund from UMM and or do a charge back with your credit card company, assuming you paid by credit card. The latter should be easy to do, if you have not received the goods.
- Send an email to backorders@skinculture.com and include your order confirmation as well as the order number from your original purchase. In return you will be supplied with a promotional code that allows you to receive a 50% discount and free shipping when you re-order the same product online at www.skinculture.com.
Okay, there you have it. I’m sure this will help a lot of you. If this arrangement applies to you, then please take action as soon as possible. I think the folks at Skin Culture International are great for taking such measures to clean up the mess created by their US distributor. I trust this arrangement will lead to many more pleasant experiences.

I just got to know about the solutions provided..I ordered my peel in Mar..and obviously still waiting for the products. I will try to call my credit card co…Hear anything from anyone ..see no responses since 8 May…I am quite disturbed..because I just ordered Chris Gibson’s Ginale product..they are also using Universal Media.

I’m sorry about your experience with Universal Marketing Media, but I’m glad you found out the solutions being provided.
While I haven’t posted an update from Skin Culture International since May 8th, there’s something going on here almost every day as people are almost always leaving comments and asking questions. The main reason I haven’t posted an update to this post is because nothing has changed. From my understanding, the folks at Skin Culture International are keeping the offer open for an indefinite period or at least until they’ve been able to help everyone who is still waiting on an order to be fulfilled by UMM. In addition to what you see on this post, Skin Culture has also published information on their site, skinculture.com, outlining instructions for people to take in order to receive recompense for orders unfulfilled by UMM.
If you haven’t already, I suggest you take the step outlined in this post as soon as possible so you can reach a resolution.

I had purchased SKIN CULTURE PEELS for which i didnt get any result..so i send them back asked them for refund.UMM sent me the cheque which however couldnt be encashed.Hence i didnt got my refund from last 10 months.
I have been mailing to UMM but they never reply to my email..Kindly suggest me what shall i do now..I m really sad because after spending so much i did’nt got even 5% improvement and also after assuring money back gurantee they are not refunding me and not replying to my mails.Please help me.

I’m sorry to hear about your experience with UMM. I highly recommend you contact Skin Culture International, the original manufacturers, to see what they can do for you. I’m sure they’ll be glad to help. They have set up a special program for customers like you who were disappointed by UMM, I’m sure they’ll treat your situation with top priority as they have done for many others. Your case is a bit different, though, since you already got a refund check from UMM that turned out to be no good. Go ahead and contact Skin Culture International anyway. I’m sure they can do something for you.
