Recent SkinCultureUSA.com Shipping Delays Explained
I noticed a few of you have been having some issues with SkinCultureUSA.com as it pertains to shipment delays. Few things are more frustrating than ordering a product and having to wait forever and a day to get it, especially when you were told you’d receive it sooner.
Because I felt the frustration of those of you who left comments regarding delays in receiving your product, I decided to get to the bottom of it for myself. I sent your comments to SkinCultureUSA.com word-for-word so they could address each issue and so I could post an official response from them on this blog for all to see.
Here’s what SkinCultureUSA.com had to say:
SkinCultureUSA.com takes pride in knowing it has one of the most popular and sought after products of its kind. Our products normally ship within 2 business days and are expedited from our facility 5 days a week. Due to higher than normal demand, occasionally but very seldomly an out of stock situation may occur. In those cases any back ordered items are fulfilled and shipped immediately when stock arrives. We are happy to keep customers informed of their order status at all times and it is important to us that all orders are received on time. You can trust that after 70 years of helping people with skin problems, our clients and their loyalty are our number one priority. Sincerely,
The Staff at SkinCultureUSA.com
I hope this helps provide some sort of explanation for anyone who’s been experiencing delays in receiving their product. I realize this statement doesn’t take away the frustration of waiting too long to receive your order, but I hope it a least helps everyone make sense of the whole situation. It sounds like the delays occurred while more peels were on back order. From what I can tell in the comments made on this blog regarding this issue, it seems the delays all took place around the same time.
Anyway, life goes on.
